Two chefs met at The French Laundry, fell in love, and moved to New York City with a goal:
To reimagine what “fine dining” could be - benefiting the diner, the chef and the planet. Achieving sustainability within the home and restaurant kitchens.
Building Village, living and cooking bicoastal, from the family’s farm in northern California to the Village of NYC.
